Embarking on a new business venture to bring additional cost savings to its customers, Houlihan was not only ‘breaking new ground’, but also re-shaping the expectations for services offered by a real estate brokerage company in local markets.

We articulated the product’s value proposition and key messages, identified communication vehicles for both internal and external audiences, and created this division’s tagline to embody the essence of the new product offering.
