Electronic Land Services (ELS) is a full service title insurance agency that has been recognized as an industry innovator.

CHALLENGE:
Founded in 1993, ELS suffered from a dated image. To drive growth, senior management recognized the need to differentiate from competition – to let the world know what made them stand apart.

SOLUTION:
Marketing Matters served as ELS’s marketing department. We created a brand positioning including new look and feel, logo, and tagline. We started with internal communications, to ensure the employees were comfortable with the new elevator pitch. Next, we developed a marketing plan within their budget that delivered effective and efficient communications of core brand messages to both existing customers and prospects. The plan included new: website, brochures, targeted direct mail, email communications, and much more.

RESULTS:
Electronic Land Services successfully relaunched. Soon thereafter, it established a business relationship with Houlihan Lawrence, one of the largest real estate brokerage houses in metropolitan NY, and became Throughbred Title Services. Today the firm is recognized as a regional leader in the title insurance industry.
