New Nests is a firm that simplifies the downsizing process, helping people transition from one living situation to another.
CHALLENGE: Recognizing the growing need for downsizing assistance as baby boomers age, New Nests was born. To launch their new business, New Nests founders needed help defining the business proposition and creating the new brand. SOLUTION: We led the principals through a Brand Building Planning Session during which we helped them make key decisions about business strategy, target audience, geography, services, pricing, and business cycle. We identified customer motivations, and clarified their uniqueness vs. competition. Then, we articulated their Brand Strategy, including Positioning, Core Values, and Key Messages, following which we created a Brand Identity, including a new Name, Tagline, and Logo. RESULTS: New Nests launched last year and has received a most positive response from customers.
