CHALLENGE:
Senior Management identified the need for a refreshed brand as well as key marketing and sales tools to address different professional audiences and the varied prospective customers’ information needs.

SOLUTION:
Marketing Matters analyzed the category and competition, conducted a brand audit, and interviewed a wide range of internal professionals. Findings and recommendations focused on potential brand building steps including new messaging highlighting core strengths. Using this foundation, we created core marketing tools.
