The New Jewish Home, Sarah Neuman is the destination of choice for eldercare in Westchester. For over 50 years, Sarah Neuman has been an important resource to the Sound Shore community and for 25 years, a part of The New Jewish Home network, offering rehabilitation, day and night care, skilled nursing, home care, respite, and care management.

CHALLENGE:

The New Jewish Home, Sarah Neuman had recently hired a new Administrator, was experiencing the success of its small house community, and was seeking to leverage the successful rebranding of its parent brand, The New Jewish Home.

SOLUTION:

With an understanding of the community, we conducted a streamlined discovery process and built a Marketing Action Plan to address the key target audience segments. From there we directed implementation of new messaging, a local advertising campaign featuring print and outdoor, signage, local partnerships, brochures, social media, public relations, and community sponsorships.

RESULTS:

The New Jewish Home, Sarah Neuman, successfully raised its profile in the community and recently held a Grand Opening of the Short-Stay Rehabilitation Small House with much community excitement.
