Vandenberg, The Townhouse Experts is a boutique real estate brokerage specializing in buying and selling multi-unit and single-family townhouses in the New York Metropolitan area. Vandenberg owners are longtime residents of townhouses themselves, and have become known for their expertise in townhouse history, architecture, restoration, and the complexities of townhouse deals.

Since their founding in 1989, Vandenberg has dominated the townhouse market on the Upper West Side. Recognized as the leader in that particular neighborhood, Vandenberg wanted to refresh its brand in order to expand its business.

We conducted client interviews, comprehensive competitive analysis and assessment of internal and external communications. We developed a new brand strategy including brand identity and key messages for select target audiences. We revised sales packet content and provided a marketing roadmap and implementation plan.

Using new messaging and refreshed communications, Vandenberg is embarking on an expansion effort to engage new townhouse buyers and sellers in neighborhoods throughout the New York market.
